South American-born Carla met her South African husband while working in Taiwan, arriving in the Rainbow Nation in 2009 where she fell in love with the country and Africa. She began her career in tourism that same year and has been travelling and learning more about the continent ever since. She loves what she does and crafts each itinerary with no small amount of passion and enthusiasm. She lives in Cape Town with her family and is partial to watching rugby and enjoying the great outdoors, as well as the odd glass of bubbly!

Sune is a budding luxury travel designer with a lifelong passion for exploration. Growing up in South Africa, she was lucky enough to travel extensively, discovering everything from the vibrant culture to the stunning landscapes of her homeland. Her love for travel deepened when she worked on a cruise ship, sailing through the Caribbean and Mediterranean and broadening her travel horizons.

I.T. & SYSTEMS MANAGER

Having spent a decade working in the customer success and client experience manager space of the technology and software industry, focusing on B2B partnerships and working with the likes of Apple, ESPN and Disney Plus, Neil is customer experience-obsessed. He brings with  him his love of travel and innate understanding of internal processes and systems, as well as an appreciation of fine wine!

Born and raised in Cape Town, Najmah developed a great love of travel at a young age. She launched her career in the travel industry in 2003, booking a multitude of day-tours in and around Cape Town and a few years later moved into inbound tourism. In 2013 she began honing her expertise in all things East Africa, allowing it to feed her love of conservation and safari... She loves exploring, family time and being outdoors!

ADMINISTRATION & ACCOUNTS

Greg embarked on his professional journey in marketing, specifically focusing on search engine optimisation and website management at a leading retailer in South Africa. He transitioned into the travel sector two years ago with Anderson & Harvey and manages all provisional bookings, accounts liaison, and curates a monthly newsletter highlighting the latest trends and news in East Africa. He loves hiking, playing golf, and immersing himself in nature.

Adele’s passion for travel ignited in her youth, as her family embarked on adventures across Southern Africa whenever the opportunity arose. She swiftly grasped that the essence of travel lies not only in reaching a destination but rather during the journey and the experiences encountered along the way. She cherishes good food, camaraderie, campfires, and the vast expanse of the open sky — elements quintessential to the African experience. After school, she opted to transform her love for travel into a profession, delving into the study of tourism. For the past 22 years she has dedicated herself to assisting in crafting personalised African safaris and vacations. Her career has spanned various sectors of the tourism industry, encompassing B2B, B2C, consulting, marketing, and management, all while retaining her passion for showcasing the allure of Africa and fulfilling travellers' dreams.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Born and bred in Cape Town, South Africa, Tiffany started her career in the travel industry in 2017, specialising in East Africa from the get-go. She later broadened her knowledge in large scheduled group tours of Southern Africa. She loves to travel and packs her travel days with as many tours, excursions and trips to places of interest as she can. Her goal is to visit a new country every year. As she broadens her travel horizons she’s looking forward to showing her daughter the world and all it has to offer.
